Descriptions:

Robert and Suzanne Mays present how near-death experiences (NDEs) and shared-death experiences (SDEs) provide several lines of evidence that suggest that consciousness separates from the brain and body during these experiences. The mind-entity hypothesis proposes that the “mind” is an objective, autonomous entity that can separate from and operate independent of the brain. When united with the brain, the mind can interact with the brain’s physical processes. The mind is the person’s seat of consciousness. Robert and Suzanne propose an interface of the mind with the brain which can explain a number of open questions about consciousness and specific neurological dysfunctions such as Alzheimer’s disease, addictions and aphasia. They also have suggestions for developing or enhancing neurological treatment and therapies.

  1. Are there any reason's not to entertain something like a panpsychic substrate medium that acts almost like an interactive "membrane" for the soul entity to operate through.

I almost imagine souls living in a wilderness of panpsychy physics, and places that are reported in NDE's could be more of soul/spirit construction's (analogous to Newtonian artificial constructs) formed by soul and panpsychy combined.

  2. 40:11 i would like suggest that there is also value in considering negative's from perfectly healthy functioning body during OBE.

Example: I was having a conversation while Out of body. I was out of body witnessing the conversation between myself and a girl, but the words were inaudible to me while out of body. I tried to focus on what either she or I were saying and was not able to. I witnessed a pantomime of us taking turns talking and responding to each other multiple times. When I came back in my body I was in mid sentence, and was able to allow the autopilot to finish the sentence, but I HAD NO MEMORY RECALL OF ANY THING THAT WAS SAID BY EITHER PARTY AT ALL. I was very interested to know what had been said, both real-time, anticipating as the conversation moved forward, and once returned to my body. At no point was there any experience to recall, other than a view of the entire moments of the conversation from out of body like 20' distal to my backside and maybe 8' up from the floor.

I was just talking, suddenly went out of my body, and suddenly was back in my body.

When I was out of body I just remember being intrigued by how the body kept kept listening and responding within the conversation. I was worried that I would not be able to maintain a "normal appearance" of being present, as I was not. I was most interested in if I am here, who is that, and how is me going to keep talking normal, in that order.
