Dr. Yvonne Kason MD, MEd, CCFP, FCFP, is the President and Co-Founder of Spiritual Awakenings International and the Earlier-President of IANDS (2019-2020). Dr. Kason is the man or woman who in 1994 1st coined the phrase “Spiritually Transformative Experiences” or “STEs”. She is also the Group-Chief and Co-Founder of Toronto Awakenings Sharing Group.

Dr. Kason has experienced 5 Near-Death Experiences (NDEs), 2 in her childhood and 3 in her adult daily life, as effectively as multiple Spiritually Transformative Experiences (STEs) of quite a few kinds. Dr. Kason is a retired family medical professional and MD-psychotherapist, previously on college at the College of Toronto, and an internationally renowned health care pro on NDEs, Kundalini Awakening, and other STEs.

In 1990, Dr. Kason was the to start with Canadian professional medical doctor to focus her health care apply in the research and counseling of clients with varied types of STEs.
