Avocado oil is not seed oil, it comes from avocado meat itself. It's the only safe one if not diluded, olive oil is also not seed oil it is safe too if not diluded however unlike avocado if you cook with olive oil it becomes toxic. The only cold pressed non processed seed oil that has many benefits is black seed oil.
