First of all if you are saved God is the only spirit in us. The devil cannot fill what God owns. The devil can oppress at point but that’s it.
Matthew 18:18,19 whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth is loosed in heaven. We take authority over those demonic force and cast them out. And we can also cast down those imagination 2Cor 10:4
We have power and authority over all the devil!
Luke 10:19 we tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy!
As God say by lack of knowledge my people perish we have no idea how much demon is fighting over our lives that's why God say watch and pray
