Who would listen to anyone talking about a quadrillion, but then goes on to give the figures for a trillion?
Simply give it to the people that have the most to lose in transferring over to Zero Point Energy. The oil companies. The power companies. The ones that actually have the money and infrastructure set up to reinvent themselves for the future. Plus it will make sure that the new system connects to the old system smoothly creating a plethora of new jobs in a brand new field that can be taught in vo-tech in high school guaranteed to provide our kids employment to galvanize the next generation from existing under the poverty level. Also it allows Big Oil to bill us to keep the power lines in working order while systematically recycling unneeded lines and power Sub stations for much needed materials. Eventually we'll have smaller units in our homes and businesses. Again, giving people time to adjust. We'll give it to Big Oil with a big event highlighting it live on TV with everyone watching privided that they start making them asap. Let them produce it and put it in every American's home within 10 to 15 years. Depending on how remote you are will determine on how quickly you'll get it. Unless of course you're able to buy one for an arm and a leg at home depot or smart enough to build one yourself. Regardless everyone would have one by 2039. It gives Big Oil a way to continue making money during the transition as well as billing us for the standard maintenance fee of 199.99 every 5 years to assure the maximum life and safety of these machines. With proper maintenance the life of the unit should be unlimitted. Without recommended maintenance life expectancy could be 20 to 25 years. They can Re-tool their factories and produce it for a profit and a much needed cushion to the blow of them losing their way of life. Minimizing the trauma to the status quo as well as forcing them to reinvest their money and refocus their businesses to benefit mankind as restitution for holding back this technology. DR. GREER!!!! We all know that you and people you've trained get into a state of mind in a group that allow you to contact some of these aliens and they actually show up. Can't you see if they'll help us aquire these exotic foreign materials and explain to Congress and the world they are peaceful? You keep saying amnesty. I've been hearing that word thrown around for years about people that are doing these things that refused to stop. because they don't want to be held accountable. But how can you not hold them accountable for the treasonous level of deceit and mortal danger with everything they've done upto this point. Including making patriotic honest people think they're crazy to the point of being institutionalized and even murder to hide their bad acting and secrets. I know you think they can't be stopped without amnesty or immunity but no one is above the law. We would soil the names and disrespect the memories of the ones who were illegally snuffed out to hide their dangerous and Unsanctioned operations. Their deaths demand Justice for their momories and accountability for their families to have closure.

That power may be true . There is a proven power source which is Thorium Molten Salt Reactors which is walkway safe ,very abundant and environmentally friendly .
The most ridiculous part of this whole thing to me is how they have suppressed clean free energy and only made available polluting technology and now they want to TAX us for using it!! They are the polluters. They pretend to care about the earth but they only care about profits.

I'm from '69 and for the last 10 years or so I've been following Dr. Steven Greer closely, as a researcher myself over the past 30 years, pretty much everything is pointing to something ugly to humanity, global awakening takes place no doubt, the true villaints exposing themselves, false flag operations, the fact we're being deceived, the world is in a transition when it comes true evil, war crimes, but also a growing number of people that can't be fooled anymore. So many people still brainwashed, conditioned, indoctrinated, manipulated etc. This will change, for the good, but for now we can expect more uglyness, dark times, terrible things to happen.
Humanity, common sense however WILL prevail, this generation can't be fooled anymore by narcistic sociopaths pulling the strings. It will collapse some day, that humanity will rule again, not the greed for power and money, it will happen, but I will not witness it, as it takes years, decades to refind what's life is truly about.

I truly believe what he's saying. I think this world is up against something we a average people can't do anything about. Good luck getting help with these projects.
