Yes, vasculitis can go on until people go into organ failure. I have a very rare form of vasculitis as well, although mine is called microscopic polyangiitis. I was lucky to find an Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctor who actually ran the right antibody tests to diagnose the disorder and get me to the right rheumatologist for advanced biological IV infusion treatments.
