My question , he is talking about to believe in God , Jehova ot the one said Jesús is his father. I am confused in that específic point
I think this guys judgement has been clouded by his hardline Christian beliefs. If Christianity is the only way to avoid going to hell then everyone who is not a Christian would have a hellish NDE, but they're actually very rare. Most atheists and people of different faiths mostly report loving and non-judgemental experiences. I think the frightening experiences are probably caused by guilt and fear of punishment, or by a traumatic death process, but people transition through it.
Very dogmatic this one but interesting none the less.
Old focks they crave the afterlife stories because they're near the fresh old.
Jeff, you just out did yourself by having Jeff Walton on your podcast. I just so enjoyed this interview. I don't think I've ever had such a cathartic feeling as I had with this video. I don't believe in hell experiences. I don't think people lie at all , but I think it's about interpretation. Without knowing they create their own NDE experience , derived from both a primal fear of the unknown and a lifetime of conditioning by various societies . I think eventually, if they'd stayed, they would have been guided to the light. This is one of the great dangers we face coming to earth. That we will be so consumed by man–made dogma and environments, that we will forget who we truly are, thus creating our own hellish prison. Many accept the man-made version of the Creator-putting human traits on him., which makes him look like a self-centered, egotistical , petty being keen on tormenting his own flock. HIs unconditional love means just that. Making mistakes in life is how we learn . It makes no sense to punish people for their weaknesses and warn them about hell because doing so would take away their ability to grow. Witch is what we are here to do.
Wish I knew if there is such place called hell, so many who have NDE experiences report there is no such place,
He read a book about hell, it scared him and he immediately became religious. Not sure how subsequent research could be carried out from an objective position. He had doctrine and ideology as a lens at that point.

You have to read the word with a Greek translation. When it speaks of fire, if you were to look at that book/verse in the Greek. FIRE in the sense men's a purification period/time.
This one was a little hard to listen to because the other people who have had NDEs talk about a loving God or light of love but always it’s about love. I really don’t think a being that is filled with so much love for us would punish us like that. Also, so many have said that religion doesn’t matter just love. I fully believe these people are have had those experiences of hell but I really hope there is another explanation for it.
There is however, the idea that Christ will not let us in because he doesn’t know us…..well, I assumed that God or the Loving Light, regardless of our beliefs knows his creation. That this loving power made us and knows us and loves us.

I am not trying to bother anybody here every religion is true since it’s telling you to do good stuff and know God is there watching us but I am just shocked how much looks a like what these people are saying after there NDE’s to what’s in Qur’an which is came 1400 years ago and never been changed since.

I just saw this podcast which is 9 months old, but I was just speaking to my husband about Hell and if it’s true, because God is a forgiving God. I came across this in the morning and I was blown away. My questions were answered. Thank you Jeff for all of these wonderful guests. Starting my day even better then ever.

There are somethings that I would ask Jeff Walton. I would say this was my experience: God has so much love and forgiveness for all of us. And God can rescue anyone anytime all that needs to happen is for someone to really want to open that door. I am that lady who was asked to open that door. It is that simple. I would question that there is no such thing as an accident? There are several exit points. I was allowed to come back after each of mine. Let God make these choices, it is not up to anyone to be judge and jury on salvation.
