I just can't fathom how a woman could sleep soundly knowing they did this. The cruelty is astounding.
The thing that makes me angry is that women made this incredibly difficult situation for both men and she didn't care about her son at all. How would you all feel if you found out you had a baby out there wouldn't you want your kid? Maybe the bio is a dirt bag however that shouldn't matter he had a right to know his son. I'm so sick of these low women and their shady underhanded ways.

I was told directly by the chief justice of the state of Florida that NO child born into a legal marriage can be ruled illegitimate. If the husband is found to NOT be the biological father he is yet the LEGAL father. The biological father as no more rights than a biological mother in a custody dispute.
I need a 2023 update. Hopefully this didn’t cause little Bryan to much emotional damage. I did do a google search and read something about Bryan moving to the bio dad when he was 11. I hope it is wrong.

But he was the married husband. So how does the bio dad have any rights?
Courts have historically ruled that children born within a marriage are a product of that marriage. Courts seek to not bastardize children. Why has this court battle gone on so long?
What is most disturbing is how the biological dad tried to destroy his own son by telling him what he did and then telling the boy lies. That is not how you proceed when you truly care about the child. The situation was awful, but don't damage your son to prove your point.

“The matter proceeded to a contested custody hearing in May of 2004. Following the hearing, the trial court granted Lorence's motion, awarding him legal custody of Bryan. Thus, for the first time, at age 11, Bryan no longer lived with Goeller and began living with Lorence. Goeller appealed and the matter came before this Court for a third time. There was no visitation at all for Goeller.”

And as a former social worker in cases where the child had already been rooted in the home they had been nurtured in , the court usually won’t remove them.
And being this case has lasted for years I’m guessing they did not remove Bryan from his birth home.
