  1. Thank you so much for inviting me on your Program & for the incredibly well laid out questions @jeffmarapodcast – Truly, I enjoyed our time & your beautiful followers follow up questions. I will take time later today to respond as & where makes sense of course! In the interim, I see some common themes run through so I’ll address here & now!

    • whether this story aligns for you or not, I only shared MY personal experience & that is all one can ever do. Those having personal doubts, fears of what was shared or absolute discounting is of no concern to me. Honoring my truth of this experience is … & over 15 years of sharing this I STILL to this day get NEW downloads of that experience. Our linear mind simply cannot fathom or decompress it ALL & therefore it is an ever expanding awareness that gets the ‘downloads.’ This is the reason I continue to share & I’m honored to do so when invited.

    • if one feels TRIGGERED by the story, it could be an area that’s inviting your inner work right there. That’s all I say about that.

    • I am by no means special / unique / a teacher or see myself in any other way than humbled by this experience. The openings energetically are afforded to us all & can be seen via inner work. I simply share because it forever shifted me. I am however not a shape shifter but I was def shifted! I blink A-LOT because I wear contacts not because I’m morphing or shape shifting (although that sounds super cool & fun)!

    • it is literally impossible to use language to describe something that does not use language…all NDE-ers do our best but of course we may not do it perfectly. However we share freely & vulnerably so kindness in response (vs judgement of) is appreciated. Articulating into human language something so beyond these linear ways is in itself a challenge. Colors, sounds, smells are not of ‘this world’ … we ARE THEM. That in itself is hard to relay.

    • incidents of depression /anxiety leading up to unlivening this aspect went on for 38 years yet it’s only been 15 since this event. It takes unraveling that 38 years to reveal it all & although time / space are illusions – they are persistent (we all know this well)!

    • Breathe & Don’t Resist: for 15 years I’ve elaborated on how absolutely profound those ‘return to your body’ words truly ARE in 100s of sharings that are absolutely free on my YouTube … you are welcome to go listen or read up on my Nurture Your Soul FB or YouTube-it’s beyond one simple answer to that inquiry of what that means.

  7. Simulation refers to theory that we are controlled by something outside of ourselves. I believe we have free will before, during and after this lifetime experience. Like she states, We all do have unique experiences and the one thing almost every NDE experiencer message has is the understanding that the most important thing we can experience and practice is Love and that we are not alone.

  15. I love her, she put everything so many of us struggle with into words.
    I believe many of us here remember that odd feeling of "legs, ok walk legs, talking what is talking, where am I?" All as a very small baby who couldn't talk but still was very aware. I believe we start to lose that awareness of who and what we are. I remember agreeing to come play on this playground but as I aged I lost that memory only to regain it as I healed my trauma. Now in my mid 40s and non stop communication with guides and the other realms. Still figuring it all out however I believe many of us are starting to remember that we expressed the "I Am" then bam legs…

  17. I've been suicidal my whole life.

    My 53-year old cousin,

    just suddenly tragically passed.

    Alone. In his sleep.

    Unexpectedly.

    On 10/09/23.

    His passing is making me rethink everything.

    RIP cuz. I LOVE YOU.

  24. I've got to say, I've spent my whole life dedicated to searching for the truth about all this stuff and it's so difficult to learn new ideas as most seem to regugertate old stuff, but I learnt a lot with this lady. She really is the real deal.
