Hi.. i like your channel and you seem like a nice lady. I've been watching many podcasts and documentries for over a year now. I think the subject is fascinating and i like hearing peoples stories.. i just wonder what you think when people ask questions about how the nde's could be made up stories to sell books? i also was wondering about things i've been hearing preachers say about nde's.. I heard them say that after Apostle Paul and lazurus died and came back, it's been said that they didn't meantion anything at all about being in heaven or hell. I want to believe that nde's are true, but how can i really know for sure?

Lost my husband and my Dad within a year and had the most amazing experiences through the darkness. The NDE stories have guided me through the pain. So grateful for them. God bless you all.
Ms Christa says that we are most vulnerable when we sleep. I respectfully don't agree. The Bible says that God speaks to us when we sleep. He gives us dreams for various reasons. Sometimes that's why people don't sleep because of comments like that, that people are vulnerable when they sleep. God wants you to rest and sleep so you can refresh your mind. If it causes pain or something not good its not from God. God does give people abilities to help others, so I like that Ms Christa is positive.
Christa has such a warm energy. Very Matriarchal soothing, caring, healing vibe. Another awesome guest Mel ! Second part was worth the wait. But I was expecting you to say in a low (Barry White) voice.. Previously on Love Covered Life, I interviewed Christa Marie . Lol, I remember trying to do something like this exercise, like, "envisioning [X difficult person in my life whom I need to forgive & release], and sending good intentions to them, wishing them well in my heart. Tried to do this for a few people. Ummm, no!
Not before I try to go to sleep at night!!! That is not the right time for that exercise, I learned. Trying to do that before bed was not the right time. It just triggered anxiety thinking about these individuals (yes, attempting to love them, but they scare & intimidate me & stress me out), and that attempt made it so I couldn't sleep.
I think it's a good thing to do, but I need to carefully integrate this–and not think about my enemies (even attempting to wish them well, when they give me anxiety) right before I try to go to sleep!!!

I've been working on lifelong anxiety. I do "awareness meditation", in which I just experience my surroundings and the way my body feels in relaxation. It's a way of silent prayer for me. To sit quietly with God.
