I think she is talking about Marcus Aubrey’s experience at a house in the Black Forest in Germany that offers this kind of darkness therapy. I watched it too but didn’t have such an amazing experience.
The vibration in her body is something I experienced with my Kundalini awakening 52 years ago. I also was paralyzed and unable to speak. This happened to me many times back then.
More recently, spontaneous movement and vocal Kundalini kriyas have become present at times. Over about the past 10 years. Triggered by a series of Reconnective Healing sessions.

I hope you see this post ma'am. I have seen a blue lady too! She came to me in my mind. Like she grabbed hold of my mind . She was beautiful with green eyes, brown or blk hair with one lil braid down the side of her face
She looked at me lovingly and sweetly.
It scared me, startled me so she was only able to hold onto me for 5 -10 seconds. It was magical tho. And I wish she'd come back.

Great guest appearance. I've never seen you interrupt a guest so much until now. She didn't get to finish the story where she and her daughter were on the wrap around porch. You changed the subject while she was in the middle of her story. I'd love to hear more of her story. Please invite her back.

I did a 5 day dark room and then a 3 day. The first time I slept for the first 2 days, it was bliss. Our melatonin is replenished at this time. The second time I did the dark room I was looking forward to that blissful rest but didn’t get it as my melatonin was healed.

It's hard to take a stance one way or another. There's all this skullduggery going on behind closed doors. It's like a game but serious. It's torture just listening to the stuff that's ahead of us. I would rather it was just over when I'm ready to call it a day. This crazy light tunnel drama that awaits me on death fills me with dread. All this fairytale Hollywood style drama story that will supposedly happen when I die is made up by humans. We a grasping at straws trying to understand what life is about. My living principles are, do no harm to every living being. Respect people and property, All I want in return is to be included in this. ✌️☘️

Also in NC experiencing UFO activity since I was 11. Now seeing orbs routinely since April. Recently purchased a night vision camera so starting to record the orbs around my home as well as other locations. Discovered Chris Bledsoe a few months ago, the orbs being seen are similar. I visited Linville Gorge NC area to view the Brown Mountain lights a couple times over the last few weeks and the orbs were very active. I have not seen the Brown Mountain lights since the late 90s and go to view 1-2x annually. Activity is certainly picking up.
