You don’t just go to the hospital and get a colonoscopy. You have to do a prep the night before. Sorry but already two minutes in, and I’m not buying it. There are some people on Jeff’s show who are the real deal but many of his guests are simply storytellers.

Wow, what a nice guy. I was smiling so much just listening to him. Some very interesting bits of information in this one. The key take away (apart from eating plant based food) is to just be. Stop thinking and allow your natural energy (love) to shine through. And if you have many layers of 'life experience' that hasn't been allowing that, then start by letting go of the past, not taking things personally and not judging others or yourself. I would love to hear more from him.
Tell him to eat raw beans. All fruits have been genetically modified.
