  1. Jeff, your podcasts just keep getting better & better. I love the ones like this that ties all the information together. Surrendering, experiencing emotions & letting them go are things I am focusing on now. Love your podcasts!

  2. I am grateful to Robert Schwartz for how he helped me gain a perspective on life that removed the idea of victimhood. My brother was murdered and what was revealed to me in that whole process, although terribly painful because he was my best friend, was that there was a reason behind the tragedy. No one who has the worst imaginable experiences befall them should think they "deserve" those experiences, but to know there is a greater narrative about trusting why those experiences happened creates space for understanding and healing. That is a divine gift

  3. Rob’s books are phenomenal!! I discovered them a few years after seeing some of my own birth planning spontaneously during a hypnosis session. Having the 30,000 ft. view of hard things in life can ease suffering. Great interview Jeff! Oh! Wanted to add that Rob is generous with his work, wanting the info to get out into the world to help humanity. Several years ago when he had his first book out and I ordered it, he offered me a few copies (free) to put in local libraries (which I did). It’s heartwarming to see his work growing.

  4. If I had a choice, I don't even want to be born. I have not found anything worth being born for after living in this world for 30+ years. Instead, I have seen countless opportunities and risks for suffering once you are born. David Benatar's perspectives resonate with me – it's better to not exist. I don't remember consenting to wanting to be born. Hence, I feel like I'm just a slave to my Soul.

  5. Once again, Jeff knocks it out of the park with his wonderful, patient, non-intrusive interview style, and with such great questions. I just finished Robs first book after having seen him on another channel, and between him, Christian Sundberg and Ginette Biro, I have to say that this is just some uplifting, thought provoking and life changing information.

  6. I will never come back here. I don't care how much they blast me with this love bombing bullshit they do to convince souls to come here. I will never do it again. I don't consider myself 'done with learning and evolving' but I don't care. The experience of this psychopathic suffering, trauma, and evil training/school system they have made is absolute unacceptable. They condone evil. There is no question about it as much as they try to avoid responsibility. They made the system, it is their responsibility. Just like a parent putting a pile of knives and loaded guns on the floor where kids are playing. It is on them, not us, especially since they take out memories away. They allow everything that happens here to happen. They don't give the slightest damn about us down here. All they care about is the progress of the Higher Self. Even the Higher Self/Oversoul doesn't care about us, the ones living the life. We are worthless videogame characters to them. Nothing more than a means to an end to evolve the Oversoul and thus Source. We are NPCs in a videogame. No one will ever convince me again. I spend time every day making a vow to never come back here. I hope my Higher Self is DAMAGED because of this life. I hope it is traumatized or pissed off. I despise my Higher Self for putting me here. I'm rebelling hard and no one, no friend, no family member, no soul friend I don't actually know will ever convince me. If they try to they don't actually love me.

  7. It’s interesting that he says ‘sit and do nothing, relax and do nothing, mind included…’

Abraham Heschel called Shabbat rest ‘a palace in time’ …Source knows humans need demarcations that help us to do just as your guest says—do nothing.
