At 8:30 the statement is made that "love is light." This statement equates love with light. In other words, the statement is asserting that love and light are equal and are the same thing. Light is a visual perception. Love is a feeling which is an emotion. If Love is light, and light can be visually perceived, this means that love can be seen as light. We don't think of love as being something that can be visually perceived. We think of light as photons and those photons don't invoke an emotion. These are interesting thoughts, and I have no way of proving or disproving that love and light are two different properties emanating from the same source. And of course, perceiving love and light as two different properties of the same thing, happens in the "spiritual realm" and not in this bodily form. In this earthly bodily form, we perceive love and light as two very separate things. This may be a situation in which, trying to use our earthly and bodily experience to describe something that happens in a different dimension is inadequate. In other words, our language and knowledge is inadequate to describe how love and light could be the same. At first I discounted the statement that "love is light." But if love can be radiated as a vibration, the same as light is radiated as a vibration, then it makes sense that love could be transmitted and perceived. In this human form we can perceive both heat and light. Heat and light are different but they are both forms of energy. For example, a thermal imaging device can be used to "see" heat. If our eyes, bodies and brain were configured differently, we could theoretically see heat and feel light. So, I must admit, that love and light could share some common cause, but be perceived as two different properties of the same source.
So interesting, the different spiritual experiences or messages people bring back with them.

Imagine if every thought and idea was manifested some were, it would be like the big bang is still going on and every being is helping to power it??

The images she talks about seeing in the tunnel: I see random pictures flash past my third eye if I doze with my eyes closed for a while.
They're very fast, and definitely not images from my own memories.
This is not the first time I've heard of these tall beings. I've read of them here & there a few times, but the first I ever heard of them was from my sister. She had a dream (or so she told me that's what it was, at least) that seemed to her like it was very real, & encountered these beings, who talked to her about her life & things about the purpose of life here on Earth. I don't remember any more details than that anymore, this was years & years ago, but they were relevantly striking enough at the time that I completely believed her. Now I've heard of them again, here.

I died 75 years ago and when I came back, it scared my parents. So I grew up thinking that being overly sensitive was normal. Maybe it is, in reality.
His memory of the family of bings from the Other Side reminds me of a dream I had many years ago. I was going through a hard time and I dreamed of being with my "Home Group" there. Total love, understand and peace. It helped me get over that hump in my life.
Those were your guardian angels you saw, they are always with you , since conception and will be with you until you die! That's why you feel they are part of you with the same personalities you have and to guard over you. They came from Father God Jahwe and His Son Jesus Christ who is the Light in the world, that's you felt so much love, because He loves us human beings so much, because He created us. For God so loved the world that WHOSOEVER BELIEVE IN HIM shall not die but live forever! John 3:16. Ask Jesus to reveal Himself to you and He will!
