I had a lot of trauma in my life. Sexually abused as a child, lived in poverty my entire adult life, even in homeless shelters for a time. Then just out of homeless shelters into a dangerous home where I was nearly stabbed trying to prevent a suicide, then the house set on fire by gangster drug dealers that took over the building. I struggled for so many years and in the last three years since I got out of there I have healed my life long PTSD and today in mediation and words from spirit in my dreams I have finally figured out the path I need to go down. This is one of the best days of my life. If I can let go of all of that stuff and find happiness, freedom from fear and endless hope, anyone can. Michael I am 55 and it is true life only gets better as you age.
