When I astral project I can feel this like ball of energy inside of me inside the core of my body like below my chest directly in the middle and when I meet certain entities and they want to scare me I immediately laugh and feel the energy build up right there and I can put my arms out wide and say wanna do this then I watch them take off.
"Light language" is just the new age version of speaking in tongues. Glossolalia. Its not uncommon in many religions. Same stuff different name.
