Hey Bob, In all of your research on near death experiences, did you ever find any moral stance on the use of drugs? I've read hundreds of NDE accounts but none of them talk about that subject. It seems like the consensus of every major religious belief throughout the world is that recreational drugs limits spiritual progress. I'm concerned about this issue because I compose and perform music for a living. Most of the people in my field use drugs, mainly cannabis and psychedelics, to fuel their creativity. Half of me feels that any recreational use of mind altering substances is wrong but the other half ponders the notion that to fully tap into human creativity, especially that in the arts, one must utilize any tool available. I tend to like the songs I write in an altered state of mind better. I would greatly appreciate your response to this taboo subject because I've been searching for this answer for quite some time now!

I went to a spiritualist church a few days ago, because having recently lost my amazing mum I'm looking for some kind of reassurance, so I find those places comforting. I had arrived early and decided to go for a walk to kill some time. After a few minutes, I felt the urge to look up at a shop sign and it was called Violet Hill. My mum's name was Violet. I knew it was my mum giving me a sign. I've never seen the name Violet in a shop sign before.
