When i was around 8 years old a dark ball of energy would visit me when I was in bed. It scared me to death

Innnnnteresting. But that heart meditation stuff: yikes. I really don't like "focusing" my awareness around my heart, That seems to want to trigger an arrhythmia. The more I focus, the more unstable it becomes. Dunno what's up with that, but not digg'n it at all.
(I'm posting while only half-way through this). Odd that she's so seemingly nonchalant about (what is essentially) the Prison Planet Hypothesis, yet doesn't seem to wonder how much of her own experience (assuming it was not a hallucination) may have been engineered or manipulated by the various Intelligences she was able to perceive. Also, a deeper question: If all our notions of Deity (Christian and New Age alike) are lies, and by-proxy our so-called "After-life" also a lie (being just another manipulative Program Within A Program), how can one actually escape the reincarnation trap without resorting to remaining Earth-Bound, Post-Death, aimlessly drifting around (and scaring Christians), or otherwise vacuumed into some sort of Astral Holding Tank for the Recalcitrant? Is that "Heart-Center" stuff a legit gateway out of all this, or just another bogus program? I wonder…
Ok, she didn't get ANY of that from her near death experience. All of it comes from those television shows on extraterrestrials. It's all speculation and maybe even government black op misinformation designed to manipulate our beliefs and understanding about all this. Please don't believe everything you hear and be very careful about what you accept as true. It all sounds like more programming to me.

This to me sounds like someone who died as she has stated, but…..while they were trying to revive her, she heard the machine that was pumping her heart and the people around her talking to her to come back. Since she had this experience, I would think anyone who experienced this would be grateful to be alive and have a new outlook on life! In regards to the Bible, its easy to say what isn't in the bible because its not there, so one could say anything to throw doubt. Breathwork is in abundance in free guided meditations here on Youtube as well as other podcast apps.

My son has terrifying asthma attacks when he gets sick. He also stopped breathing during a seizure as a small child and really struggled to breathe right after birth. I have to often give it over to God, knowing that he will be called home or he won’t, but even the worst asthma attack or seizure will be overcome if it’s not his time to go. I often think my own strong desire to keep him in my life has saved him a time or two (like when I’ve begged God to let me keep him during these emergencies). This story was somehow reassuring to me that you can be brought back after such a long time. Thanks for sharing your story and insights ❤

Its impossible to see things from a non dual perspective and not step in. If you see someone beating up an animal you WILL step in to stop it hopefully. Because you recognise the abuse for bad. The only difference is that you no longer judge the abuser so harshly if you see things from a higher perspective
