  1. The Eddie Werner story is so awful. And I feel terrible for the Manzie parents. Sam was failed and as a result of that failure he made Eddie his prey. Regular humans make these decisions, the judges, the shrinks, and the ripple effect of devastation is VAST. Children can't even go door to door anymore because there is no real safety for them. So incredibly sad. RIP Eddie Werner

  2. It really boggles my mind that these “higher authorities “ think that they know what’s best for your child more than you do!!! The parents cried out asking to keep their son in the facility he was in because in their soul they knew he needed to stay there! And the judge thought because he wore a robe and bangs a gabble he could make the best decision! Now an innocent child is dead because of him. I hope he thinks about that every single day!

  3. Pinkerton Mother is a weirdo, i guess that boy was never held accountable for a thing in his life. His Mothers parents probably did the same. Spoiling isn't the answer, our kids don't need us to be there friends, a healthy fear and respect is a good thing. Knowing what is acceptable to us and our family standers

  4. A lawyer is not intimidating unless u are doing something illegal so it's not his fault dude was released. They had 0 evidence. There is a reason we have laws, no matter if u know someone is guilty or not u gotta prove it.

  5. While I do feel very sorry for Samuel, and what he went through and I do agree that the judge should feel ashamed. I hope that he had that decision on his guilty conscious for the rest of his life. That's the problem w/ society. We see the warning signs in people and don't do anything about it, this child needed help, he needed to be put somewhere that would help him w/ his trauma. The parents did the right thing and tried and actually did want him to get help but a higher authority told them no. If the judge said yes and SAM got help he needed , none of this would of happened, if the police didn't use him as they did none of this would of happened. He did a horrible crime and has to pay the price for it but if people actually took this seriously none of this would of happened, this is a situation where society failed all together
