  1. This is absolutely brilliant…I was an atheist for a good part of the last decade…but my own mystical experiences led me back to God…no religion but God…i come from a Muslim background so I had decent knowledge of the faith and to me for the past couple of years there were things that I found to be in Islam which hardly any practising Muslim will readily accept… especially related to the mystical realms…I have been saying it for some time now that the Prophet's experiences and his revelations had more to do with such experiences than literal happenings…
Honestly I loved the talk because it reiterated my thoughts almost perfectly…

  2. so, really. It does not make any difference what religion a person uses. If they pay attention to the most high gems in each, they will achieve salvation and light.
Eventually a true seeker will leave all religion behind as inadequate.

  3. This is more like history and about a specific religion. Hearing directly from an NDE or OBE, is the only way to know exactly their experience. NDEs are validated by hospital equipment, physicians, flat lining, etc, that they actually died and came back to life. With OBEs, there is no such validation scientifically or medically, difficult to know if one is hallucinating or having an actual OBE.

  4. Thank you Jeff for sharing Omar on your channel.
Omar thank You for sharing your Islam faith. I have not studied Islam and enjoyed learning more.
    Thank You
So much diversity in One ♥️
    Much Love

  5. Jeff asked if there is something in islam that refers to people Judging themselves when seeing their life record or life review.

The answer is that in the Quran there are verses which contain this concept and that does not contradict with the concept that God is the final and supream judge. In that one needs to understand that God gives the human being the ability to see what he did right and what he did wrong by uvailing the full truth and knowladge to hım and those who deny their bad deeds will have thier hands and legs (their body parts) as witnesses agianst them an shall confirm that they have conducted those denied deeds. Here is the relevant verses from the Qran:
سورة الإسراء الآية رقم 14 : ترجمة English

    Şûra Al-Isrā verse 14 page 283

(It will be said to him:) "Read thine (own) record: Sufficient is thy soul this day to make out an account against thee."

  6. Here is another verse from sura An nur verse: 24 page: 352 from the Quran

On the Day when their tongues, their hands, and their legs or feet will bear witness against them as to what they used to do.

  7. Most Near death experiences talk about seeing light.
I would like to add that in islam we blieve in angeles and that God Created them from light. Here is prophet Mohammad speach narrated by his wife Aisha:
Ā'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Angels were created from light, Jinn were created from a smokeless flame of fire, and Adam was created from what was described to you (in the Qur'an)."

  8. In many neardeath experiences Beautiful gardens are mentioned. Does islam talk about Gardens in the coming life after death?
The answer is YES. Here is one out of many verses in the Quran that mentions that clearly for those who beleive in GOD and do good deeds.

Verily, those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). That is the great success.
Verse 11 from sura Alburuj page 590 in the Quran.

  9. The Fundimental and core Faith in islam besides doing Good deeds in our life is – – -blieve in God (The one and only one)
    -believe in the angeles
-believe in all the books revealed to all the prophets and that includes Tura the jewish book revealed to prophet Moses, the bibal revealed to Jesus and all other books revealed to other prophets, Ibraham David and others at that time.
-beleive in all the prophets who were sent by GOD to their people and that Mohamad is the final prophet sent by GOD and that the Quran was revealed to hım by GOD. Thruough Gibrael the Archangel.
-believe in the day of Judgement in which we shall be resurrected from earth to recieve our final judgement.
-believe in paradise and hell. Only God who is most forgiving has the final say as to who goes to hell and who goes to paradise.
    -believe in Fate.
Here is the speach narrated to prophet Mohammad about the previous items
    Of faith in islam:
    من جملة ما سأل جبريل النبي قال: "فأخْبِرني عَن الإيمَانِ". قَالَ: "أَنْ تُؤْمِنَ باللهِ وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ واليَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَتُؤْمِنَ بالقَدَرِ خَيْرِهِ وَشَرِّهِ" رواه مسلم.
In fact that was Jibril, who came in the shape of a man to teach the Companions the matters of the Religion. Among the things which Jibril asked the Prophet was: “Tell me about 'Iman (Belief).”
The Prophet sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam said:
To believe in Allah, His Angels, His Revealed Books, His Messengers, the Last Day, and to believe in Destining (Qadar), whether the destined is good or bad.

  10. How is the oness of GOD is explained and understood in islam:

Şûra Al-Ikhlās page 604 in the Quran

    (1) Say, "He is Allāh, [who is] One,
    (2) Allāh, the Eternal Refuge.
    (3) He neither begets nor is born
    (4) Nor is there to Him any equivalent

May Allah (GOD) the creator of all beings guide me and all of you to the straight path which lands all of us in the highest paradise*

  11. It is interviews like this that are soooooo needed in our world. Through mind numbing propaganda Westerners are fed broad misconceptions about different faiths such as the Islamic Religion. These “messages that are brought forth for political agendas breed fear and hate, even through other Religions. I learned so much, I am grateful for these messages because I tend to steer clear of organized Religion, my own experience soured me because the people I met who proclaimed to be devoutly religious were narrow-minded, judge mental, at times mean spirited, and spouted fear as a control mechanism. I am glad I was able to hear this beautiful man. I do love Buddhism and some Hindu concepts as well as Native American spirituality, but have steered clear of the Abrahamic Religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Thank you for helping me to see with an open heart. This podcast does such a great job of bringing people together. That is exactly where we are supposed to be. I appreciated listening to your Jewish guests as well, they were beautiful souls too.

  12. Thank you for this interview! I love getting different religious perspectives on NDE'S STE'S & OBE'S!! I appreciate both of you giving your time to creating this interesting interview!!

  13. As someone au fait with Gnosticism, I am mindful of the fact that the monotheistic Abrahamic religions all worship the one God whom the Gnostics called the 'Demiurge' who is basically the devil of Christendom and they taught we are in hell. In all humans, there is a divine spark that links us with the Pleroma which most would conceive as heaven. Today a growing number of people talk about the soul trap and we only have to look around to see how the Hellites treat us as their slaves to see the Gnostics have a strong case for their assertions. Maybe, the light is the trap and why many are taught to fear the dark, remember the material world is made from light.
There is veridical evidence for OBEs and NDEs that the sceptics cannot easily deal with especially when doctors and scientists are witnesses to the testimony of people who have them.
I say peace be upon everyone because in hell there is no peace.
