This man has a genuine heart and does not want to hurt anyone, but i strongly believe the part where he says he thinks that people from all walks of life can experience God is misleading. Jesus says no one can come to the father except thru Him, also he says there is NO OTHER NAME under heaven by which we must be saved. So why would God who does not lie, say something like that and it mean nothing
Russel, I love you too much not to tell you this. In this information-laden twenty-first century, there is no excuse to fall for LDS cult which preaches a false Jesus and a false Gospel! A false Jesus does not save! God is truth and history is supposed to deal with facts, yet much of the history the LDS Church presents is filled with notions that are not accurate. The official history is constantly being doctored, and there is an extensive paper trail. This is just one of hundreds of issues with the LDS Church. Read the writings of learned former LDS members such as D.Michael Quinn, Grant Palmer, and Simon Southerton and other outside sources, not the controlled LDS materials. And please do not rely on Experiances or seek them above what is written. The Bible is very clear on this subject and many non-Christians from other false religions experience the same as you mentioned, which should only make us put the brakes on such experiences and evaluate them in light of Scripture. Many are called but few are chosen, depart from me I never knew you, he will perform many signs and miracles to deceive many, etc. etc.

So he had a dream, he didn't die as you cannot return from true brain death so that leaves the clear fact he had a dream or an hallucination! – not exactly news given we all dream.
I would think yours is more near death experience than those who actually died. They should rename it actual death experience when someone dies.
Russel I too am sorry you were treated so harshly. I know very well what that feels like as I grew up cross eyed and many surgeries. Humble yourselves and read the Bible, not any other book. Learn who God is directly from his words and no man or cult will be able to deceive you. This is the only way to distinguish truth from lies. May God bless you with his grace and mercy.
Father God, our Lord God Jesus, has been used here to “validate” all other [false] beliefs (religions and cults) in the world. This is a counterfeit of true NDEs to assauge the lost in this world. Believe only that the Way, the Truth, and the Life, Jesus Christ, is the ONLY path to heaven. Because the road to hell is wide and many people will enter in it but the path to Heaven is narrow… it is the width of ONE man; Our Lord and King, Jesus Christ.
