I think that Monica is 100 % Spot-On! How I take control of my mind, and feed my Soul with positivity, is that I remove ALL, or as much of, negativity. Negativity goes on ALL around us ALL of the time! One must Stop watching movies with negative scenes or killings, or dramas, etc. Stop listening to negative talk! Stop listing to Rap or music with ANY negative or vulgar content! This is the kind of crap that the physical mind hears, and ultimately what the Soul gathers. This is Only a conscious decision! But – this is nothing new! We've ALL known this our entire lives; we've just made a conscious decision that: "oh – it's ok". B.S.! It's NOT ok!
In time, one will change their conditioning and you'll become what you are; and that's the Loving Spirit that you were born as. Everybody can do this!
Here we go again with justifying suffering for evolution of the soul. While others say that there's no evolution to be had because the soul is already all knowing on the other side. Someone is lying.

So basically she's saying that we normal folks have to suffer and suffer real bad so when we die we can recognize the
greatness of Heaven after ?

That's the same story we always here- it's so hard here because we want to develop under pressure. I don't think I'm buying that any longer. I think we are "trapped" here until we awaken and then work to exit this cycle. Her described path works towards this pupose, but doesn't go far enough imo. I liked her and her energy overall, for sure.

She said we chose to come here & live on a low level. Lol. Sounds like self hatred. So do we all hate ourselves? I hate that I let myself be tricked into this.
I can’t think of a more dangerous idea than that some people don’t have souls. We are already such barbarians; I can’t imagine what we’d do to each other if we started believing this.
At the end of the day, we should probably ask ourselves "which advice is better?"
The common new age advice –
Surrender, let the love envelope you, let go of everything, let go of fear, let your ego dissolve, trust who comes to you claiming to be God or source, trust the universe has your back, let your spirit guides show you the way, etc. (The general message here being trust everything and everyone outside of yourself as long as it appears and feels benevolent)

The common soul trap theorist's advice-
Take your time once you find yourself on the other side, don't immediately go towards the light (that's where the love bomb and memory wipe seems to come from) create your own path, manifest where YOU want to go, be cautious of any outside sources and what they're telling you or where they are "guiding" you to go, don't automatically buy into the notion that it's in your best interest to reincarnate, stay as lucid as possible, stay as neutral and balanced as possible so that you'll be capable of making the best decision for yourself.
No matter who's wrong or right about what's really going on, I think the soul trap theorists have the wisest approach and if they're wrong and everything really is all "love and light" , we'll all be just fine.

I don't believe people can be NPCs. They can even seem to be background people to most people around them, but each and every one of us matters greatly, and the work you do on yourself internally is very important, and that happens to everyone just by being here. I also think it's a cruel thing to call people NPCs. They're all souls with God's light inside of them, whether they know it or not, and everyone is here to have a chance at life. They're not all here for someone else to use, or for others' entertainment. Maybe some people are more shut down because they're trying to heal from being abused and they may seem like background people from your perspective.
The NDErs I've read all say that no one gets lost in the cracks. If people keep pushing this idea of NPCs they might want to know that some people could take it to heart, and it could be their deciding factor in ending their own lives because they may feel like they aren't wanted here and that they aren't of use to anyone. I find it disturbing that this idea is being touted on channels that I consider to be spiritually good.
There are things I don't agree with that Delores Cannon has said and that's one of them. I'm finding people mentioning NPCs more and more on YT and it saddens me, but I think it's truly a case of people not understanding the impact they actually have on others. If we're all ONE there can't be any background people.
I hope you'll reconsider this whole idea of NPCs. Just picture children in your mind and ask yourself if you'd ever call any of them a background person.
