Hi Melissa, a while ago you talked about your morning meditation (from Joe Dispenza) and creating your own future, which really intrigued me. Can you tell me where I can learn more about how to do this meditation?
I started listening to some of Joe Dispenzas videos and books but couldn’t find yet this exact meditation you were talking about.
(Sorry it’s not related to this video but I figured there’s a better chance to reach you under a more current video)

In 2021 my aunt had a stroke, which resulted in extensive aftereffects, she lost the ability to swallow, ambulate, etc. My cousins had to make the horrible choice to let her go instead of having a feeding tube and probably being bed-ridden for the rest of her life. During the week she was dying, they weren't supposed to give her food or water, it was awful to think of what that would be like to experience, and even now I'm tearing up thinking about seeing her that way. I really hope she had a similar experience to this gentleman, and it wasn't as horrific as I imagine it to be.
He could probably play Marlon Brando if he wanted to.
Wonderfully Vedantic! What he experienced is what Vivekananda called the Real Individual, the Real Self. Well has it been said "After death all religions are reconciled."

Thank you Jonathan. That was very well explained. I liked that statement you made about being the 'observing consciousness'. I think we all go through life being that witnessing consciousness but most of us are unaware of it or can't explain what that is in words. We are that witnessing consciousness inhabiting this body that we think is out true self 🙂 Thanks Mel, I just want to say that I found the music at the beginning very distracting, please don't take offence, it's just my opinion. Peace and love.
Would have liked to hear his story but the tinny ringing sound from his head phones was too distracting.

Jonathan: I had an experience starting in normal waking consciousness, of losing all awareness of myself. I was infinite. As you say, what loss is your self. The trade is for everything.
So if Jonathan loose his individuality and dissolve into oneness, then Jonathan is dead
