That’s a seriously weird version of religion that you experienced. What you’ve rejected is not Christianity. What you speak about is actual Christianity.
BTW – I like what Jason said about his NDE experience and organized religion, and quite a few comments below. I have always been seeking God, but never was able to follow all those dogmas and rules. I have subscribed to this channel; I want to to eventually replace my lifelong dread and guilt with love and hope.

The whole purpose of Jesus ‘s death was to show us there was life after it and yet your Minister did not except it……..so sad.
Check out St. Faustina's diary "Divine Mercy" she was shown Hell.
9:15 – "Organized religion is power. Power corrupts."
9:28 – "They want to keep you in line, and in fear, to follow their — not the Lord's, not God's — their view of what heaven and hell is, what God is — and God is none of that. The Lord is none of that."
Go to any of the the gospels.
The Kingdom of God is within us all.
But ……. the simplicity of love ……….. that's easy to say after God and Jesus showed you, allowed you to feel it in an NDE. To me love is not that simple at all.
Many times Jesus said to "go inside". "The Kingdom of God is inside of you.". But the traditional churches have all ignored these particular words that he said to us. I found God this way after going to church most of my life>>where I never found God in a personal direct way. This man speaks the truth.
Thinking about this. If we are here to "experience" surely all the material things are about experience, otherwise, why is materialism here? Same as all the "evil" things, there here to experience. So none of it is good or bad it's to experience. If I'm a killer, a robber, a nun or priest, a banker, a therapist, a doctor or Adolf Hitler, my soul is here to experience that. If we're rich, living on the streets, a drug addict or alcoholic it's all my experience. There can be no right or wrong its all meant to be, because we, our soul chose to experience it.

Some religions divide, some dont. They are not equal or the same just like people and cultures.
God cares whether you love his son 'Jesus' and him or not.
What is this ? It's christianity.
Will the God as per bible send all non Christians to hell for not loving him and Jesus.
This guy said everything. Blah blah blah… 'God does not care about this or that' and then he said 'God only cares if you love him and his son or not'….
It's christianity… What else it is?
This is like selling the exact same thing with a new fancy outward packaging and saying that it's different.
This is like the Jews telling people of other religions that they don't want to convert others to Judaism but wish every non Jewish/non Abrahamic to abide by the Noahide law
God wants us to love His Son needs clarification, lest people interpret that to mean a single individual that walked the earth for a while and not everyone else. We are ALL a part of God's One Son, the Christ. We are each an awareness of an aspect of God's Son.
All thoughts that would separate you from God and His Son are ego attempts to maintain its illusory home in your mind.
For way too long religion has been used for fearmongering, and control by those who assumed and grabbed power. It's time to use religion to free and truly empower rather than enslave. It is up to individuals…
Wait, it doesn't matter what religion but he says God asks do you love my son which means you have to be Christian ? I'm confused

He has it. I grew up in Church too wanting to love God and being told God basically hated me. I was abused too and years of torment. In my 40s I was left almost dead and a cousin got me to see a colleague of his – a clinical psychologist. I was with him for four years. Lovely man. I remember so vividly the last meeting I had with him. I had been considering going back to Church – for community. It was a lovely sunny day and I was walking by a river and suddenly heard this voice inside – insistent – regarding my thinking to go back to 'organised religion'. It, He said – 'WHY seek the LIVING amongst the dead ?' Clear as anything. I did go back and it was very hard at first. Gossips and the rest – triggering. I prayed God would enlighten these people and give me the strength and patience to stick it out – when I wanted to go over and tear their faces off. They must have thought I was deaf. Eventually they all started coming to ask me to pray for them – for this, that and the other. But I had been blown way out of the box long before. John 1. God – The Light – is in and holds all in existence. We can sit in a field and talk. Or someone on the street. Or even washing dishes. I remember really reading the Scripture for the first time – even though I'd heard it read all my life. The words, 'LOVE YOUR neighbour (any other) as your SELF !' 'Love your self. Blew me away. I talk to God anywhere – any church or tradition or in the Creation – nature. My heart is so much more expansive. I am human too and have bad hair days. I could not even say the name 'Jesus' for years. No men of God were to be trusted and Jesus was a man. They had made God/Jesus so unrecognisable or approachable. I was raised Catholic too. I never turned against Mother Mary. One day – I am in a very dark place, contemplating the worst and I go into a little chapel. Completely alone, dark, lost and asked – 'IF you are there – PLEASE PLEASE help me'. I felt a powerful feminine presence. Did not see – felt. Then as if 'seeing' inside I saw a woman hold a child as if on his shoulders. 'This is my son Jesus, K – in whose image you and I are made. As are all humanity. To be loved and to love eternally, infintely.' It was so vivid. Before I felt like I was in hell and then suddenly the Light opened to me. God IS LOVE. Those who Love -mKNOW God. We were not born filth – as Augustine and others had us believe – Calvin too etc. Funny they were all law people. Jason's testimony has affirmed for me all I have sought, fought for, care about and believe – that it is LOVE ALONE that counts. The Sufi Mystic Rumi said, 'In the religion of Love there are no believers or unbelievers. LOVE EMBRACES ALL.' A Native (First Nation) wisdom saying – think Sioux. 'Religion is for those afraid of hell. Spirituality for those who have already been there.' Thank You both. Keep spreading the message – healing, wholeness, Light, Love – LIFE ETERNAL.
Some people’s paths are so scary not sure if I believe that people actually chose that!

Being raised Catholic and choosing to not practice as an adult, I’ve always known there was God and that love is the answer, although I suspect everyone’s interpretations are their own and someone without a religious background may have interpreted this experience differently. The message, regardless, was beautiful.
I’d love to know some specifics… what was he asking forgiveness for? Is it just every single human error?? And then what about life going forwards, post NDE? He is still a human that errors and so are we constantly asking forgiveness or just once?
All I want to hear is what Jason told us – God does not care at all about religions or evangelical bible bs – that´s sounds great for me – bc I am sick and tired about religions and cults thank you for those two parts of your NDE.
I still have a hard time believing all this soul contract stuff. Like what’s the point of signing a contract to come to earth if you instantly forget all about it?! And you’re born with proclivities that directly hinder your supposed mission?! Seems rather insane but maybe I just don’t get it.
Hello. I followed Jason here from another video comment… it’s funny how different each of our experiences are. I agree that we are here to learn TRUE love and in that love is learning TRUE forgiveness. I’ve had many spiritual experiences and I’d like to propose something… Jason mentioned in the first interview, his fear like hell, would be if he had never existed. In my childhood I remember being mad at my mom and dad for ever creating me. I wished I didn’t exist. This is my proposal… I believe we need to ask “what if…?” (What if there is a hell?) and to study the Bible WITH Jesus and His Spirit so you can truly “KNOW” Him and His Father. I believe He has shown me that “hell” is when we choose to “blaspheme the Holy Ghost” by choosing our own way, like Satan, since we and he were given the free will to do so, and not follow God. In other words, we love ourselves and the world more than anything else. I had a friend who didn’t believe in God. He believed when you die, you just cease to exist. I hated to hear him say that… especially in front of his teenaged grandchildren who were experiencing a nasty divorce of their parents, going through a lot of trauma, peer pressure, hormonal changes and depression! I told him to be careful because he was actually making suicide very tempting for his grandkids. If it wasn’t for the Bible and guidance from His Holy Ghost(Spirit), and hitting the lowest point in my life, I don’t think I’d have developed a relationship with Jesus! I don’t believe in organized religion but I do believe we must have a relationship with Jesus… a deep knowing who He is. If we know Him, we know the Father. I agree it’s all about love but there is an evil side that we can “choose” and “hell” to me is choosing not to know Him and being eternally separated from Him. My ONLY fear is for Him to say, depart from me, I never knew thee (or rather in my words, you never wanted to know Me). I really appreciate your genuine heart and believe very similar to you, I just think it may be dangerous to allude that everyone will go to heaven… just thinking “what if…?”. God bless and praying for us all! ❤️

Although I do feel bad for his upbringing. Just taught God's judgement. Not the way to do it.
I feel for him. Homosexuality is not a sin. Religion, IME, separates us from spirituality. It is about power and control. Spiritual experiences are not.
Thank you Jason for sharing your knowledge and amazing experience! I a now much less afraid of dying, because I now realize that Universalism is the path that I know to follow after all. God is loving . forgiving, and accepting to us all! It is NOT abut what religion we are, or are not….
Religion never saved a single soul. ONLY Jesus can do that.
