My son used to have night terrors and speak what we were told Vietnamese words until he had a "bleed through" and started sharing that he and his sisters had been killed running through a field to a barn which caught on fire.
I think there were two brothers from canada went Vietnam war and both of them are missing this is information that this soldier want to tell his family i wish they ask him his name and his brothers name than their family will have to know their sons are dead .

It's seems like parents are making up and overestimating their imagination.
I think his mother did the right thing taking him to the memorial, a place where he can pay his respects throughout his life to his lost past life brother. Hopefully he wont feel sad now knowing the truth about it all and can move forward in this life.
I know myself that in my psych mind, I have many traumas related to past lives and sure wish I could put it all behind me.
Firstly, as a Canadian, we still dont support the Vietnam War, but my fellow Canadians are good for volunteering since we dont have a draft. Secondly, the father said so much in his statement. "My religion doesn't let me believe that(reincarnation)."
