Same. As a kid I saw, heard, & felt spirits all the time. When I had my kids I closed my gifts. Rejected them to try to keep my kids safe. Now I’m trying to open my mediumship skills again and having a hard time. Spirit keeps telling me to let go of the past but I’m not sure exactly how to let go of everything. I forgive myself l, the situation, and that person, but it keeps coming up again.
