I found my best friend dead in his bed 3 weeks ago. I think too much pain medication as well. I know he's happier but I sure miss him.
Both NDEs are wonderful. The most remarkable effect of listening to these is the realization that all of us, without exception, have help available
to us if we could only trust and keep mind and heart open to receive it. As an aside, I am always impressed by the work you put into the visuals.

I was practicing meditation in 1969. No noise, total silence required . When I laid down, many thoughts came to me. What ever I experienced during the day. It took me about 2 months after I lay down and no thought came to me. I could feel the weightlessness coming over me. Suddenly I saw myself on the bed. I was floating , looking down at me. I had the same clothes on. Wow, I was intrigued. Suddenly I remembered a promise made to my friend during the day. "See you George at 9 pm at this Coffeehouse". I was back in my body, looking at the ceiling. Tried to get up but couldn't move. I couldn't move legs, arms, finger. I was frightened. Luckily my bed was a single bed, Don't know how long it took to move my fingers to pull my pants, leg, toward the edge of the bed. It fell off. Slowly pulled my entire body off the bed. What I am trying to say here. I wasn't sick. Not dying. I have experienced out of body. My conclusion is, we have a soul. Well the good people have it for sure. So be good.

I had a experience when I was a child I had just learned to swim I jumped into the deep end unaccompanied I remember jumping in and as soon as I came up a teen pushed me under I had stuck my right arm up and I was so calm it felt warm as soon as my feet hit the bottom of the 9 foot pool I felt a hard pull I was yanked to the top and pulled to the ladder only a few feet away and I saw a man climb out and just walk away he never said a word just pulled me up and got out of the pool I intently watched him just walk away and disappear. Not one person knew what happened or saw what happened and the pool was crowded with so many people. The memory is so clear I remember like it happened moments ago . I remember that his hair was dry I thought that was funny seeing how deep I was and the water was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. I believe my guardian angel saved my life that day
