Marlee Matlins and Kim Carnes Touching stories
It's pronounced room, not rum. Oh…a my….a god.
I love Marley's story. It was just so sweet and beautiful.
Kim Carnes story seems to have two versions. In "the haunting of" the little girl fell off the balcony that's outside with people standing all around below but on here she fell off the balcony inside alone. Plus in "the haunting of" she didn't find out about the little girl until Kim Russo told her about it. On here she finds out from a book the her husband has. So what's the real version?????
The first story wasn't much of a ghost story it was like a 15 minute origin story and then some ghost of her grandma came into her room pretty boring and long
When I was 14 my oldest cousin who was 26 committed suicide over Christmas break and about a week after his funeral he had without a doubt came to visit me in my room which even though my mom tried to convince me not to be afraid but that it was just his way of saying good bye which did make me feel better and I agreed with her but I still slept in my parents room in their big bed smack in the middle…weird for a 14 year old…yes…did I care at the time…..nope!
Oh yes forgot to add yeah I think I slept in my parents room after that for about ohhh a month!
Anyone know what song Kim carnes wrote in the house inspired by the little girl at the piano?
'Revenge of the Nerds!' How can I not recognize Carradine, ROTN was filmed in Tucson, Az. @ University of Arizona aka U of A. I've always admired Marlee Maitland, & I will til I take my last breath.
It wasn't Grandma Rose that was right it was Sadie the neighbor.
Marlee's story about her grandmother made me smile so wide!! I know we all have to die but its still very sad and makes me bawl my eyes out
Marlee and Kim's stories were so nice. Nice to watch spirit shows that aren't so darn scary.
Somebody probably killed that little girl. She’s not at peace bc she was killed and they swept it under the rug.
That girl is sweet ❤
Kim Carnes and her husband reacted brilliantly. People, including some in this show, say how devastating it is to have these experiences and their parents refuse to even discuss it, much less acknowledge it. Instead, these two went on to believe their kids, find validation, and soothe their fears instead of making them feel ridiculous.
The ghost of zach galifianakis will never leeeeave!
Wow her life long interpreter, is a bit like that episode of Star Trek The Next Generation where the guy has the three people that talk for him and one says his emotions stuff. One says his like passion stuff and one says his logical stuff and they call them his chorus.
If you all are ever experiencing unrest similar to the last story. Pray. Whether you practice a faith or not. A statement as simple as ‘please lord protect me.’
I really liked Kim Carnes' story!
How it turned out to be an inspiration for songs she wrote while living there. I'd really like to know what that first song was that she had wrote so quickly. I'd like to know what the rest of those were but especially the first one so I can look it up on here and listen to it.
When a child dies, especially suddenly, it's not uncommon for the spirit to remain behind and may not even fully realize what's happened. However, one must always be careful with spirits claiming to be children, as this is a ruse demons use to trick people into welcoming them into their homes.
Dear God is first ghost story took a long time to get started a long long time not cool
Sellers are dark and cold that's what they're supposed to be it's where you put all your stuff to keep fresh before you had refrigeration what not
A chill came over the room and then I suppose the candles got snuffed out at the same time or is that just gratuitous theater
If the son is seeing something over and over again, why do the parents keep letting him stay in there? These parents kill me continuing to subject their kids in these situations.
Why is there a guy narrating for Marlee?? It's confusing.
I share I similar story with Marlee. My great grandmother came to me the night she passed as well. & when my mother told me in the morning I told her that I already knew.
Best show ever
(I wish they could edit out the scream between scenes. It doesn't fit.)
why they gotta make the doll look that way at 22:00??? Lmao creepy af!
The actress who played Marlee Matlin was a childhood friend of mine. We went to middle school & high school together. I remember one moment when her interpreter had to leave the classroom for a few minutes and I was able to fill-in as I knew sign language. It’s crazy seeing a childhood friend on TV
Poor Kim Carnes. Sometimes she really thinks shes goung crazy in the night when she hides down in the covers and she won't turn out the light. She says nothings gonna get to her but then again it might. What can she do to keep from going craxy in the night?
What an amazing story Marley had. Love this so much.
