Most dead people who hang around (not in "heaven" and all) can't see physical stuff clear enough to voyeur on us.
Living people are kinda like swaths of illumination, that they Know is Us.

MURDER is what I believe happen to 3 of my loved ones ..I want to know the truth …,….have lost many family members and friends sense I was 20 yrs old I really grieved hard and wondered why.but anyway 3 of those loved ones that has passed… We're ever really figured out why ..I believe they were murdered how will I ever know?
So there is a heaven, and we have a guardian angel you said. But our dead relatives can watch us use the bathroom if they want to? What if they want to? That's gross, this doesn't make any sense at all. So our guardian angel lets them if they WANT to? There's all kinds of weird people out there. What if they WANT to? Then what's the purpose of guardian angels or spirit guides. Think about this….. your dead grandmother says "I want to watch my grandson use the toilet", so your guardian angel says "ok, you can if you want to". THAT MAKES ZERO SENSE. So there's no rules whatsoever and our dead parents and children and grandparents and friends can all just stand around and stare at us in the shower if they want to? There's no rules to stop them? NONE OF THAT MAKES ANY SENSE.

What if you have negative thoughts about them that may not necessarily be true? I have a 'guilty' mind and sometimes thoughts pop into my head about the deceased that are not true. I think it comes from my childhood traumas and guilt and it's hard to turn off sometimes. Kind of feels like some negative energy is trying to bring me down by making me think I'm a horrible person…
