I understand because of my "OUT OF BODY" EXPERIENCE in 1972.
This interview is absolutely golden. All the interviews on your channel are exceptional. However, this one is unique. I've heard Ingrid interviewed two or three times previously over the years. And yet this interview is like a teaching from a spiritual master.
When people say time moves differently in NDE or when they go to Heaven they feel like they just left and now are back….it reminds me of the TV show Highway to Heaven, the episode where Our Hero, Johnathan, who had died and went to Heaven and now does tasks for God, ends up helping someone was going to commit suicide, but it turns out she is his wife, who died before him and is also doing tasks for God. Well, toward the end of the episode, she has to move on, and she left Johnathan a note (Johnathan didn't know yet that she was his wife until reading this) explaining that she is his dead wife, now also working for God, and no matter how much time passes until they are reunited in Heaven, "just remember, decades are but a blink of an eye to God." 🙂
Johnathan rushes back to the woman's house, hoping to see his wife again, but there's an empty lot there. God had created the house and now God had caused the house to cease to exist.
So much spiritual wisdom in that show 🙂

I live in Canada where there is much cold and dark and rain. And experiencing light, literally, seems to be so important for the work of finding and transmitting that inner light – light that is connected to the universe, light that maybe IS the universe… I would love to take one of your classes or seminars…

A beautiful interview! My spouse’s name is Alan and I love her accent when she speaks it. Also, when I first started listening (not reading the mini-title), I thought she said “beams of light.” (Silly me). There were SO many “moments” ~ I felt all of those gasps, awh-inspiring breaths she took. When she talked on the 3 wishes from a Genie, my immediate desires were so shallow and materialistic. Ingrid IS all that she desires: Wisdom, Compassion and Courage. I appreciate YouTube’s frequency (aka Algorithm) for sending this channel my way.

wow, its like music. its as compelling as lee carols kryon but with the added connection to this reality. it gave closure to my question why the need to zap out memory from all previous life. would have been easier if the part where how all the magic part was retained during the rebirth instead of zapping all memories.

Ms Ingrid, Your spiritual experience is really an inspiration to many people, but my My question is, if you were already aware of the facts, secrets, reason behind happenings, souls connectivity, challenges of life, Karma etc. then why did you have DEPRESSION? My deceased daughter contacted me when I was allowed to see her dead body for the first time. She started a telepathic conversation just the way she did during my NDE together with her.
