No matter how confused and out-of-this-world this information may sound, I always refer back to when I had MY oob experience. It was amazing, it was beautiful and most importantly, it felt real. No, I wasn't on drugs, but rather I was in a very dark place questioning the very existence of God and suddenly I had my experience and man was it amazing. It's been many years since but I always do think about it whenever I feel at my lowest because when I do I always think to myself that I DO matter.
I personally have schizophrenia and I really can enjoy Rob's second book in coping with my life's challenges 🙂

Great interview Bob… Question: when two Souls agree to enact or play out an event so that one of the two can experience some pain to help that Soul will learn a particular lesson, does the other Soul, the perpetrator in this situation create negative karma for himself at the same time?

Hmm this could make me fearful of having fear… lol.. but also I think that some of us( me,lol) have most fear manifesting at a subconscious level.. so witnessing is difficult. And sometimes it's good to react to fear..this whole thing is very complicated.. like riding a bike through an obstacle course while watching tv

Only by benefit of retrospect, I can see where a group of people (friends) came together right at the time I needed them most as a single father of 3 children, ages 6 thru 14. Now my kids are grown, and those friends have gone elsewhere geographically. They will always be so special in my heart.
I have done a few regression hypnosis sessions, and I picked up this book. It’s interesting and has me curious about various people and circumstances.
Of course, it could all be a crok; but if it helps you make peace with life, what harm could there be?
This has actually turned out to be a profoundly fantastic and synchronistically timed book.
Since giving myself permission (years ago) to not finish books, I tend to go through many selectively, as one might at a questionable smorgasbord (and so many books are over developed to be a productized length); but this has sections that are to be enjoyed like a fine meal: savored, reflected upon, and restfully digested.
Aaron’s intro alone makes the current world craziness somehow seem a bit more manageable.

A lot of what Robert explains I have found out myself, the hard way. It got me thinking about the life I'm living, reading lots of books and watching YouTube accounts. All of this totally changed my life and I can now say that I have a much greater understanding about life and 'death'.
