I know this is an old video. I lost my baby brother last week to suicide, a violent one too. He was in his late 20s. I've been watching videos about what happens when people die all week. I need to know that he's at peace now. I can't take the heartbreak, but just knowing he's okay now and he's no longer tortured by his demons would bring me immense comfort. I really don't want him to feel guilty about what he did, if he really felt that was his only way out. I will miss him and love him forever, but if he truly, truly is better now, I can be strong and carry on.
This is really the only video I could find that specifically talks about what happens to people who commit suicide. Thank you so much. Watching your video has brought me some comfort. I knew nothing about any of this before this happened. Now I really want to learn more. I've subscribed. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you Bob. I just lost my brother JLF 2/20/21 to suicide. I had so many questions and I’m looking at every source for answers. I feel better knowing that he is not suffering anymore with whatever he was fighting with or stressing about or struggling with. There are mix emotions in my grief. He will be missed very much. My condolences to anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide.
Thank you for your video it did make me feel a little bit better I lost my father and brother not too long ago and I'm still coping with it. I'm also dealing with depression and it's not easy whatsoever all I feel like I can do is stay strong and keep fighting and hope the depression goes away.

The last few years I have sometimes wondered about something. Many old people live their last few years in great suffering. Their bodies and minds don't function anymore. My dad recently passed away in such a way.
My mothers uncle was a radical dude. He wasn't gonna end his life like that. So at age 90(I think) he went out and shot himself. I'm thinking along those lines myself, when the time comes. I'm only 47 so hopefully I'll have another 40 years or something, but I do wonder about that kind of choice and it's consequences.

i have made plans i intend to stick to , i believe it is within our right as it is our life and nobody else's – its not selfish to want to leave , it is selfish for others to want you to stay for their convenience or comfort , they don't suffer your suffering only you do . while you are not alone in this world or the next you are alone in your suffering , if you feel you have learned and accomplished all you desired to and the reason is to be reunited with someone you love who is waiting for you and love is the reason we are here then personally i view as not being a bad choice to make for yourself , if you live on your terms then i think you should be able to pass over on your terms too ……. there is no death after all , only a change of worlds – i found this to be insightful and of value , thanks for taking the time Bob with this and all your videos !
