It's a little thin, amatuerish, er uh or in the spirit to form, money, mikes, and cameras interfere. Check out the direct readings, excuse me direct communication without the charades. Full on replys to your inner thoughts, direct and detailed recall from YOUR past and this being a healing, a life changing perspective as a result. This is rank stupid, shows, playing cat and mouse so as to comfort people that their relatives have not reincarnated or otherwise moved on. I don't get the tv show thing, just TALK with the "dead", no charades and they are NOT dead, thin really thin semi-psychic "medium", nonsense, go to India if you want to see how far down the rabbit hole goes
I hope my comment about," being thin" was not taken as my attempting to be mean or snide. I can get grumpy but you should go in search of some real-elders, there are some native people here or there, and more of them in the area of central Asia, seriously, I believe in you brother, but go to India and see just how deep it goes. Red pill takes you to the red phone-line, takes you to God. And not one bit of tech, not one coin, not one rule but golden, to the other brother be true; to be yourself in the deepest rabbit hole, ask yourself what is the motive, "why should I care?"

I totally believe that psychic mediums are real! In fact I've came across one who made me aware of a half brother and sister that I didn't know I had at the time but she was spot on in her reading. Even though they are real and do get info from the other side, God, thru the Bible, has condemned the act of seeking out mediums who are 100% unholy! We should ONLY be seeking out truth thru Jesus!
I've seen him twice in real life and he is impressive but I'm not sure this qualifies as proof to me. It's become more difficult for me to believe in this stuff.
I love him too~ I absolutely loved those couple years when John was on air, & I definitely did watch every episode. In fact, his program was one of the very last things I ever watched on a television! Have not had one in my home for at least 10 yrs now~ nothing worth watching anymore on 'mainstream' TV.

I just watched this video, several years after it was made. I can tell you without one doubt that John Edward is real. I've been psychic my entire lifetime, things I take for granted have happened very often, things very few others experience. Once, doing a Tarot reading for someone, I connected (unexpectedly) with his brother who died in Viet Nam and what I "saw" and "heard" was exactly on point.
I've been in John's presence twice and in zoom groups with him in the past year five times, plus I had a one on one reading with him June 7 this year. The first time I saw him in person was September 2011, a group of 15 people for almost three and a half hours in Huntington, NY. While standing next to me, he asked a question a friend of my daughter's (who couldn't possibly have communicated with him) told her to ask. He asked it word for word and this was SO obscure there's no way anyone would have been able to do it. I wasn't even thinking it so he's not mind reading. The second time, in a larger venue in Albany NY, about 200, he did something he NEVER does and it was a definite communication with my kid. During the group zoom reading October 23, he interrupted reading someone else because he had to "make notes" since something was important; after that reading ended, he asked a question and it was definitely directed to me, no doubt in my mind at all and none in his. That was a fifteen minute unexpected reading, I was there just to observe not expecting to be read, and it was SO REMARKABLE that he mailed me the paper on which he wrote the note he "received".
There are far too many fakes out there and one of them is "famous" and she is absolutely doing cold readings. I always know a "fake", always, maybe having had this ability myself makes it easier to identify the fraud.
There will always be doubters. I've been studying NDEs since the 70s (I had one at age five) and having "interviewed" many people who said they were psychics. Of all of them, only one other (who is not famous at all) met my qualifications. I've been following JE for his entire career. I follow him now. The man lives what he preaches. I've never seen him make a mistake and the zoom meetings are LIVE (as are, of course, the live events), no editing. The more one does this, the better one gets. He's matured way past that clip you showed. At this point, I can honestly say that I know, without doubt, he's communicating with those who have crossed over.
I did a reading for a family member of a missing person. Towards the end, I kept seeing MY grandmother setting an apple pie on the kitchen table. Over and over I kept asking the sitter “Why is MY grandmother telling her (missing person) to sit down and eat the GD pie?” The sitter had no idea until the next morning when she contacted another family member. The missing person’s nickname with her softball team was “Pie”.
I too am a huge John Edwards fan. He seems very open and honest. I also remember appreciating the way he explained himself to the audience as he read.
Cold reading isn't hard at all–at least not for me. I used to do it all the time. Often a random, even disturbing, thought will run through my mind and I can't figure out why I am thinking that. Then I figured out that I was picking up on other people's thoughts. When I realized I was doing this, it stopped. I think I felt guilty for intruding on people's thoughts and also their thoughts were sometimes not savory, not something I wanted bouncing around in my head.
I've been to three readings and have never answered any questions yes no or said anything until it was time to go. All three were spot on and I never shook or nodded my head. It was to the point where two of them stopped the reading and said you should be giving me a reading

James Randy set up a foundation for anyone to provide evidence of psychic powers. he set it at 10,000$ in the beginning and it ended up being 1,000,000.. millions of people in this country and not ONE single person was ever able to claim it.. really? not one? to me thats proof right there. mediums and psychic powers are BS!

Thanks for sharing. I just look at it as simple mathematics. The odds that he could "guess" all the very specific things he reads is just not mathematically plausible. And I agree, the fact that he pushes back until it feels like the right thing is not something a fraud would do….they would pick the easy "yes" answer.
Heres what happens if you actually prove something 'supernatural' which is just something natural that our primitive mainstream science hasnt grasped yet (but above black budget scientists in Special Access Programs has) to James Randi: he would say something along the lines 'Yes I know its real but I never expected anyone to be able to demonstrate this under controlled conditions, I am actually an agent for the military industrial complex to keep the existence of expanded consciousness a secret. Despite this being real, we have to unfortunately label you as a fraud. Now you must sign a NDA before you go to never discuss this!'
If an audience was present they will all be made to sign NDAs and the program will never air, if it was live they will put a spin onto it telling people its all a staged illusion or a fraud.
If it is actual groundbreaking transdimensional quantum technology that could eg. communicate with the otherside in high definition video and audio, he or his staff will be on the phone to intelligence agencies which will come seize the technology for their own benefit and give James Randi a hefty reward!
The entire James Randi foundation is a part of a counter intelligence operation, a front founded by the black budget elites with various government agencies like NSA, CIA, DIA and civilian like Lockheed Skunkworks, Bigalow Aerospace, Northrup Grumann to keep a lid on the consciousness field and thus transdimensional physics. They know that the understanding of these key areas would be the end of secrecy – higher consciousness is highly effective unblockable spycraft (just think Astral Projection, Remote Viewing, ESP, Gateway Process, Monroe Foundation) and the key to unlocking highly disruptive technology like zeropoint energy, electrogravitics and inertial mass reduction technologies, putting the oil and gas industry and power companies out of business, also undermining their project bluebeam fake alien invasion agenda.
These agencies have likely approached people like Penn and Teller and now social media and youtube influencers to help keep the narrative going!
So far the counter intelligence operations has sadly been widely successful in that the more 'scientifically, rational and intelligent' one is, the more likely they fall into their trap, having ones own intelligence work against themselves and for the propagation of the agenda without them even knowing it! This culture of fear, denial and redicule has put many open minded scientist 'in the closet' making them 'act skeptical (in a irrational close minded sense)', with many cases of two scientists bashing each other until they find out they both believe in the same 'supernatural phenomina' giving them the ability to discuss freely among themselves. People like James Randi are agents in the first layers of defence, but when someone bypasses that and becomes a threat they wont hesitate to kill!
Regardless all will learn what reality is one day. True skeptics will be in for a shock when they die. I just wish we have the technology to film their reactions!

This demonstrates that there was no cold reading but also that this could not be mind reading because what Edwards insisted on as well other things he brought up were not known by the family or not in their thinking when Edwards was working with them. The thing about mediums is that there are so many cold readers and essentially frauds that people don't believe anybody could be legit.
