Speaking as a trial lawyer of thirty years and ACCUSTOMED to evaluating evidence and relying only on credible, cross corroborated testimony and applying a standard test used in the legal profession, I propose that there is an overwhelming PREPONDERANCE OF PROOF and a BALANCE OF PROBABILITIES that heaven is in fact real, the CREATOR GOD, the "light", is real and that his son JESUS is a separate entity and is also very real. These countless NDE testimonial accounts come from people of all races, creeds and colors and from different religions and of all ages and thus provides cross corroborated PREPONERANT confirmation of this TRUTH, a truth which is not based upon any particular religious fanaticism or rhetoric.

   I prefer to call these events PREMATURE TEMPORARY DEATH experiences because these people are not just " near" death… they are usually declared clinically dead before they return to their bodies and what they all consistently and commonly describe cannot be dismissed

11. Every NDE account includes a tour of Heaven by a being who is assumed to be Christ and and maybe even given an introduction to God – together with a sighting of former relatives. None of these bright spiritual beings ever actually states "In case you do not recognise me I am Christ – pleased to meet you at last." People need to get realistic. They have not reached Heaven at all – the highest level capable of being reached by humans is Paradise which is the ante-room to Heaven. No-one should assume that because a spiritual being is gracious, loving , or caring, that they are Christ – the King of Heaven or even God Himself. A human spirit, while still attached to a human body, will always be dazzled by the brightness and colour of the spiritual spheres. No Human is capable of seeing the face of God – who only appears as a cloud to humans in their fallen state.
    One of the favourite tricks of inhabitants in psychiatric hospitals is to don a white coat and sit behind the desk of the Charge Physician and have an unsuspecting visitor shown into the office and engage in a consultative conversation until the physician returns to his office and sends the patient packing. There is a lot of fraud and fakery out there.

14. The key word here is near. Near-death experience. It doesn't mean the person actually was dead. If they had actually died they wouldn't be telling stories. That's because they would actually be dead. I don't know what happened to these people and neither do they really. So, I take this all with a grain of salt and don't put much store in it. All of these legends about a guy named Jesus are just that… Legends. There is no way to verify any of this actually happened. Reading an old book called The Bible seems quite silly to me and believing that it actually happened seems even less logical. Anyway, for all you people out there who are religious and believe in a god of some sort, I wish you well.

19. This is one of the most compelling NDEs I heard. No extra information, just straight forward truth as he lived it. My mother died in 2008 for several minutes and her story of meeting Jesus was almost word for word the same as Cedric’s. What Jesus said about coming back soon -believe it – and if you aren’t saved , get saved. It’s easy, free, and will save your soul from Hell. After hearing some NDE stories of people that have been there and were rescued by Jesus I can honestly tell you that you DO NOT want to be exiled to Hell for eternity.
