I LOVE how many branches there are leading from us here to the afterlife, how those branches are all interrelated and intermingle constantly in unique patterns and what I love most is people working snd coming up with new ways to help each other go through what I call the hardest thing In life – grief. especially of our close and beloved who have given everything to us and we stay here feeling we were not able to do enough

wonderful interview Bob 🙂 i learned of this technique 6 weeks ago and i used it on myself for self healing and also another benefit was that my eye sight actually improved from doing the rapid eye movements…. i put aside my old glasses and see much better from the eye exercises of this therapy…. guess i got the good side effects , lol 🙂 take care, chris

Thanks for all the good work you are doing Bob – the variation in subject matter all helps to make it clear that everything is connected. The interview with Dr. Botkin is a total revelation in it's simplicity. As I was watching the interview I started to make the eye movements back and forth while intentionally contacting my guides/higher self, and to my surprise the connection came through stronger then ever before. Although this is anecdotal, I will take note and see if anything similar has been experienced by others. I guess that, as with most things, intention is the key driver. 🙂

I cant find the link to Dr. Allan Botkins homepage, you say it is under the video, but I do not see it? I am a Danish architect of 71 who has meditated in Sahaj Marg system for 45 years now. I love learning new things and this interview was a real learning experience. IADC is a technique I've never encountered previously. I was impressed enough to order the book. As a Reiki practitioner it is common to encounter issues of grief, loss, sadness and separation. Working through such issues can be complicated and challenging. Many Reiki practitioners are not trained in psychology and so don't have the professional tools to tackle such things at a practical therapeutic level. Some things resolve through Reiki alone, others don't. Having a technique such as IADC as part of one's tool box would be very useful.
Yes the ADE,s are true , some have had them automaticly ….. I have had a couple without aid , and its a very warming and comforting experience for anyone to be blessed with …. very magical + loving indeed.
