Interesting that these beings can transform into forms/shapes which are culturally recognizable, and therefore likely also more comforting for the NDE'er.

I had a somewhat similar experience, but i was in a bliss state after long period of depression when i saw what i thought is God Source. I felt i was one of the rays it emanated. It was beautiful. I too had my life change eversince and it will continue to change me so i can be who i am. It happened after a dark night of the soul.

I had an experience in which I saw two extremely tall beings that glowed brightly with a golden-white light. They had strong, determined looks on their faces. If they were angels, then angels are strong and confident. I hope to meet them again in the world to come.
