  1. This story reminds me of a pre-birth memory of mine; being told that "It wants to see you" and me responding, somewhat confused Then I stepped into a 'pod' (similar to the cryogenic pods in movies) and arrived here, in this reality.

  2. As a cat lover and cat owner , 'what are the purpose of cats?'…' well they purr'. made me lol. maybe Dogs show unconditional love, and cats are for us to demonstrate unconditional love.

  3. Some of the links in the Show Notes didn't work for me:
His FB page – I found it from his YT channel though.
I could not find his book on Amazon – I wish it had an audible option – people with brain inflammation and also easily fatigued like me do better with those.

Paul should check out the regressions Alba Weinman does here on YT – if he can handle the tuning fork noises – I can't, but she does have older videos from a couple of years ago and before, where she wasn't using them yet and they are super interesting to listen to.

Thanks for interviewing him Jeff. His experience was calming to me and I'm intrigued to see what else he's got going on these days like on his YT channel, and the other channel elsewhere that cannot be named here – rhymes with 'itch' then 'root'. I subbed 'em both.

Paul's examples of light beings that we can see from the movie and painting are very cool. I know that they're way more incredible than that, but those are close depictions.

  4. Paul, thank you for sharing your NDE. Regression therapy can be very useful if you find the right therapist. Anyone who has been trained by Brian Weiss, would be excellent. Also, Regression therapist, Dolores Cannon (now deceased) relates how one of her clients saw the tapestry (on the other side), that you were talking about. All the best in your search, and thank you for helping people in such a meaningful way. As always, thank you, Jeff.

  5. The painting by Lloyd Canning is a partially translucentand head ans neck shot of a spirit being which is pure bright light emminating outward and a very faint hinting of facial expressions ..
The head is on a black and star lit background.
    it's quite beautiful..
Jeff imagined and described it very we indeed.

  6. Great interview Paul and Jeff. I really enjoyed it. Of course it would be difficult to understand what happened to you when you were 14! Such a difficult time in life without all that you were going through at the time. Thank you Paul for finding the words as an adult.

  7. Love, Learn, Connect…simple yet powerful. Thank you Paul, for sharing this message. Also , one of the best answers for a somewhat difficult question that Jeff asks every guest “What inspires you about your NDE?”

  8. Thank you Jeff and Paul for sharing this experience. I lost my husband just eight months ago. My life is not the same. These experiences give me hope. They reassure me that this life isn’t all there is. That the other side is where we’ll all be one day. The anticipation of seeing my husband again is what keeps me going.

  9. Paul, thankyou so much for sharing your NDE with us. Thanks Jeff for bringing another great interview for us to watch. Watching NDE's has helped me launch on a spiritual quest where I have an open mind and so much gratitude for those who are sharing their experiences. I have learned so much through your channel.

  10. I thought Paul was very honest and just really did a good job of describing his experience. Interesting take on cats & dogs. I also liked his face really lit up describing the shedding of his physical limitations while in his NDE. He asked a lot of questions in his NDE (as a teenager who tend to be naturally inquisitive I suppose). Good questions from Jeff. One of the better interviews I've seen on an NDE in my opinion.

  11. It's funny how as soon as people take a spiritual practice and reprogram themselves they see straight through all the mainstream bullshit. It's sad Paul has to defend his interest in 'conspiracy' theory.
Thank you Paul for giving us your time and sharing your experience.

  12. Paul – Thank you for sharing your amazing experience with us!
You mentioned regression; it could be a very helpful, enlightening thing for you.
I suggest books/videos by Dr. Brian Weiss, a pioneer in past life regression therapy.
There are also some self-guided hypnosis channels on YouTube (such as @Joe T Hypnotic Labs).

I’m looking forward to your channel and book. Good luck.

  13. As usual i was blown away by the insights. Thankyou Jeff and guest Paul. I always wonder why people choose to come back given the choice of staying in unending loving and bliss.. What were they thinking. lol .

  14. Regression is painless + easy…I wanted to know if the Hypnotist at our market was legit, so I took my 6 yr old son, to be regressed to a past life. He sat upright on a bed, he wasnt asleep. it was very quick, children go "under' almost instantly. The man said to him, "close your eyes. Now where are you.?' My son said "Im in the outback, Im walking along a dirt road, past some cattle.(in our country we call them cows) I walk past some people but they dont look at me." He described his clothing as blue shorts + a red singlet. My name is Jack.( I "knew" he was an Aboriginal, 20 yrs later he did his DNA, + found out he has Abo DNA) We wanted to know when this was, so he was told to go back further. So he said he was in a wooden shed, a black woman was helping him put on his helmet, which had red feathers standing up in a line across the top of the helmet (roman soldier) + he was admiring his sword, which he was very proud of. Then he went into an arena, with tiered wooden seats around it. (He used his hands to show this) He had to fight another man to the death. He was stabbed, + died. He was asked, "Now where are you.?" He replied, "Im in the light." At 2 years old, he was afraid of the water, + when I tried to get him in a pool, he said "When I was a man before, I drowned in a boat, so you arnt getting me in that water'.
