I had an NDE, two infact but I did not come back with all these gifts nor was I told to tell anyone anything. The message was personal and simple, I have been meditating for 30 years it is a good grounding tool especially when you team it with being mindful there are sooo many of these books available now always was really. It's simply another layer of reality next to us, that can and some times does become perceptible to the living.
