Consciousness exists separately from the brain, which, after all is basically only a physical activating mechanism. NDE's illustrate the reality of spirit/body separation.
The journey of Souls is the only answer I have found that makes sense of life whether people endure suffering or other difficulties it's all about learning who we are, and when we learn who we are we learn about God the most important thing in the universe is love and that's what most nde experiences relate thank you very much for this video

I read Dossey's book "One Mind" and though I've read a lot of similar material, I found fresh information and insights in his book. Regarding NDE's, and their life reviews, they also seem to emerge with but one finding – if I may: Love. If feelings of caring for others, anyone or anything, are cast aside in pursuit of an objective then the outcome is certain to be a mistake (and quite possibly tragic) the result of backward thinking. For, in any endeavor there is but one, and only one purpose; that being the extension of Creation, of Love.
Outstanding narrative of a subject that happens many times a minute around the World.
Death of the flesh is a part of living, however, it's not the end of life but the beginning. We are here for such a short time and than we go
Home, our real Home to a loving Father God if we have earned it.

Scientists who reject the authenticity of NDEs are simply trying to justify their existence. There's no question that (many) NDEs are real. A few accounts may be fake, but those usually have tell-tale signs that they're made up or 'borrowed' from other accounts. The expericnes they describe are too real and too awesome to be imaginary., and unlike dreams and/or hallucinations, the memory of these events does not necessarily face with time.
My Grandfather was dead for around 30 minutes in the 1930's…. He was 13 years old at the time and was dead so long they were filling out his obituary for the paper. He was not dead at all. He told me and my family he was floating up in the ceiling in total bliss and had never felt better in his entire life and then BAM!!! he was back in his cold body….. 🙂 Get ready to meet Jesus because we will weather we think so or not….
Typically, doctors, nurses and human science inhibits the acceptance and growth of the spiritual reality.
NDE are so true the afterlife is the best thing that can happen to us a never ending story that has no end. Praise God.
It seems that the main reason they lose the fear of death is due more to the experience itself…with the most exquisite feeling of love and of “being home again”.

The masses of medical physicians believe the material and the way they opperate is the real reality, when it's actually the opposite. They are further from actual reality then they could even imagine. The truth is stranger then fiction.
We truly need more open minded Dr's like this, to show the world that it's ok to talk about this stuff. In fact its important to! And not to be affraid to speak out.

I know I'm a bit late in viewing this but wouldn't it be nice to have this info out in public during this 2020 stuff that's happening?
I would have laughed at this up to 1987 but it's just so mind changeing to experience that our awarness is and always will be.33 year's on from my nde and i can honestly say i have settled back into lifes ways .But for years after living and working seemed so mundane in comparison to what was more vivid than words can describe .I have no doubt that we connect with a higher conciousness when we return to what in an instant is Home >Imediate feeling of Love and belonging Flood the soul theres no concept of time, material ,gravity,, or temperature ,Only a feeling of complete wholness and limitless wisdom which is instantanious .I remember i was about to ask a question and before it was composed in my thinking ,instantly came an outporing of wisdom .To put that in context ,if one rain drop were a question then the wisdom that permeated my awarness would have equaled 50 times that of niagra falls .Now im aware that's just an analagy but ,for me who always had more questions than answers this was it and still is all i need .One final word for anyone suffering with despair or lonliness Do seek professional help and if you submit everything to GOD'S will with an earnest HEART you can and will experience That LOVE and oneness with all .Sounds silly but i was an atheist and a lonley one ,but iv'e survived to do GOD's will in what ever way possible .
REMEMBER no martter how you feel right now ,at a deep level you are loved unconditionally Because LOVE is what GOD is .Dont doubt it we will reunite with all .But first we have a job here first.

Only those who have not experienced a NDE can come up with the sorts of ridiculous theories such as dying brains, hallucinations etc. –in fact almost anything other than face the reality that the body is not the true essence of man.
The limited thinking of such people is akin to that of the flat earthers.
They say the love of money/power is the root of all evil. Actually when you study/research ancient wisdom literatures – it is the fear of death/annihilation which is the root of evil. What the doctor says here early on.

Dr. Dossey, I died 26 years ago, went to hell, for about 2 hours I was told later on. Thank God He brought me back.

I heard today that “the dead know nothing” and that we won’t be going to Heaven until Jesus comes back and if I get cremated there won’t be a body to raise up. On the other hand I believe in NDEs.
This is a good beginning for the medicine world, the doctors to take positively on account, as it must be, these facts in their medical practices. Congrats to Dr. Larry Dossey and his patients!
