I was told I was bad my whole life, after my life was destroyed I would beat myself up until I couldn't move, it took years before I realized I didn't deserve bad things, bad people do bad things because they are bad, not because I deserve them

I so understand her quest for how to love oneself. We are brought up as children to be quiet when we get excited about something; in class we are told to shut up when we're chatting; if brought up Catholic, we are told we are born in sin; competetive education makes us beat ourselves up when we fail…the list goes on. We are conditioned to be self critical. Being kind to ourselves is a whole new concept. I need a manual!

I was married to a controller who wanted to mould me into what he wanted and sacrificed my career growth and financial independence but realized in therapy I was married to a covert narcissist who wanted a stay at home wife to control. Happy I am free and living my true authentic self today; never too late to change as I was 60 yrs. old when I moved on and also got therapy so I would NOT repeat the lesson learned! Thank you for your sharing; was very validating.

Excellent interview. As someone else mentioned- similar background loss of mother at 7, shifting of family and siblings, married man who was cheating on me, didn't support my degree/desires/interests, and it was right in front of me but I couldn't see it until it was told to me directly by several psychics! Took me 10 years to divorce- which I have no regrets about….time to sort out why I was unhappy! It was more about not supporting me on my spiritual journey than it was about the cheating!

I have a picture of a huge orb of my father. I just knew. It was sparkly and had a nucleus. More pics show it dissipating. I had just made calls to collect money from relatives for relative’s wedding gift in Italy. My Dad used to send them baskets of American things. I have a ghost radar and it stayed Dad proud.

I had to pause the video to go to tik tok & look at your/Gabrielle's orb, I saw 2, it was a beautiful video.
I have studied Orbs and you can tell by zooming in on them in a photo if they are lens flares or genuine spiritual entities. The spirit ones have a central core which consists of various patterns and lens flares don't.
The Owls Are Not What They Seem
I am a spiritual person but when it comes to praying I always think, why would God answer my prayers for something like feeling depressed or because I have a serious illness, or I need more money etc when so many people are suffering far more and not getting their prayers answered and actually being killed in conflicts or horrendously disfigured with life changing injuries etc.
I cannot believe that anyone remotely spiritual has not heard of automatic writing.
