1. Attune to your own spirit. In the middle of your heart chakra, the god-spot/the divine spot.
Feel yourself in there and really give permission for all of you to be the spirit, the essence that you've always been. Operate on that higher level.

2. Affirm the person that we are with or the group and any spirit allies that are with us.
3. Surrender, turn the process over to the greater spirit. Show up as your spirit self and I trust what I'm hearing seeing, sensing, feeling intuitively through my body.
Create a space where a conversation and exchange/download can take place.
Streams of grace, scalar waves, electromagnetic energies, ask for more images, put words under the picture from the guides to better know what it means. Ask guides to work with you through others and pets. Share images with pets and have them share with you.
If you get a vision and you can manipulate the vision aka change angry faces to happy or sad, only real images cant be changes because they are real objects in our vision.

However some close blood link relationshipal deaths heavily forced my hand to do the work and place me on a 30 yr transit of growth. Your guests!! Micheal you have given me the concepts of how to work with my gifts and not be swollowed by the challenges of what my purpose is. I have this almost unbearable anxiety that Im not doing what I came here to do, but my knowledge that spirit has been sharing with me over 25 yrs intense fast !!!
